The events happening in the world are extremely interesting and intimidating at the same time. These events are reminding me of an Indian folk tale which goes like this…
There lived a deformed monster in the caves of mountains that surrounded a village. Though he was a scary sight to see he never did any harm to the villagers. He almost became a saint after some past incidents in his life and only talked about good and peace.
Years passed by and the villagers forgot his violent behavior and started wondering whether he is capable of doing any harm in the first place. They wanted to test his patience. During the day when the monster goes hunting for his food, the villagers enter his cave and destroy the food he saved. And, during the nights they made noise outside his cave to disturb his sleep.
This went on for days and the monster started getting irked by the villager’s misbehavior. He thought they would stop their doings if he stayed calm and silent. But his silence made villagers question his strength even more and they started stealing food he saved. Monster went hungry for days. Without proper food and sleep, the monster started losing his patience.
The day arrived to show his strength and when the villagers came that night to disturb his sleep again he calmly opened the door and asked them to go home and warned the repercussions will be frightening if they don’t obey him. The villagers didn’t listen to him. Raged Monster started stepping on the villagers killing them one by one. Frightened villagers ran all sides to save their lives but no one escaped their death that night.
Now the question is, how is this related to the current affairs of the world? To answer this, let me take you to the World War II era.
How many of you know that Mitsubishi and Subaru played a vital role in the above mentioned war? Many of us today think they are some Electronic goods or Cars manufacturing companies but not as the fighter jets manufacturing companies, do we? Mitsubishi A6M Zero is considered to have been the most capable carrier-based fighter in the world when it was introduced early in World War II. Nakajima Ki-84 by the then Subaru was Japan’s the fastest fighter. This is just to remind you the capabilities of Japan. Now that they are being calm and poised, Chinese provoked them towards launching the Mogami-class frigate, a Japanese multi-mission stealth frigate for the Japan Maritime Self-Defense Force. Wondering what will happen if Mitsubishi and Subaru start their research and production for defense with 100% capabilities!!!
Now, let’s talk about Europe, the western world. We all know the far right wing namely Hitler and Mussolini. We all almost experienced their violence through many stories and history classes in our childhood and many more movies and documentaries in our adulthood. My hands are shaking to write what Europeans are capable of when they are out of their minds. The riots happening in France and its government’s failure to control them in right time making me think that it is slowly fueling the far right wings. We are already witnessing what Giorgia Meloni is doing to reform the immigrant policies.
